Is there a way to run a report for any calls that need to be followed up on?  In our old system we had a status button we could put calls on "quote on parts" or "parts on order".  Our service manager comes in the mornings and goes thru all the calls from the previous day to order all the parts and to give customers quotes.  We need a EASY way to find these calls.  We are just starting out on service titan.

We use forms for this. If our service techs are in the field and need a special ordered part. They will go into the forms section of the job and fill out our Parts Order Form. Once the form is filled out it will automatically get emailed to whomever we set it to alert.

If you go to Settings>Titan Exchange> Library   there are pre-made forms you can download into your account for free. There is a parts form there. Once you have these forms you can modify it however you'd like.

Another way to do this is to put the jobs on hold. Your service manager could then look at the jobs on hold in the Jobs on Hold Tray on the dispatch board. Maybe add a tag to these jobs so that if you have several jobs on hold, your service manager can easily find these jobs without having to open each jobs page.

Hope this helps!
