Is there any way a call would be declined automatically? #8 in this screenshot says her phone never rang but the call journey says "call was manually declined." Trying to get to the bottom of what happened here!
ke call routing setup was set to go to the first person, who declined the call, then to the next then the next.
When routing ran out of users it defaulted to call fail.
Check your call routing in your online Dialpad account and make sure it ends in either an answering service or voicemail.
