Anyone else have issues after this latest "update" where the embedded dialer instead of being "calling disabled" on multiple tabs, and only having one dialer active, is now showing the dialer active on ALL tabs? And then suddenly they ALL show Calling Disabled, so you miss calls. Or it just decides to not ring and log you off (this one in particular has been an issue since we started service with ST)?
Support is of no help, 45 min call just to be told they do not recommend more than one tab open. Ridiculous reply. You cannot run a business or work with ONE tab. For them to give that as a solution is ridiculous. It managed just fine (as can be at least) before this latest "update."
Beyond frustrating. Anyone else having these issues?

We are experiencing a similar issue, though I'm not sure if it corresponds with any updates.
Does it not allow you to answer the call, sometimes? Even when you click on it to answer, it basically is non-responsive, then logs you out? That seems to be the primary issue we are experiencing. After several hours working with Tech Support, we were told to only operate one app for the dialer, as opposed to our initial instructions to have both Dialpad and ST running simultaneously. We were told to allow third party cookies and clear the cache, neither of which helped. Our only bandaid for the issue is to try to refresh our program immediately BEFORE every call. If we are unable to do that, we have to try to refresh while the call is coming in and hope the system responds in time to take the call. If the call rolls to the next CSR, it will log out the original ring-to person. We have not experienced the same issue when only using a mobile ring-to device.
We have had a ticket in for almost a week and have received no functional updates.

Hello Kudos. Yes this is happening on top of it just having all the dialers show as enabled but NOT work, or all get disabled. And yes, a call will come in, I see the bubble, cannot answer, it then just logs me out. It's ridiculous. They did open a ticket but nothing has been fixed. I went 10 days without a reply until I emailed again for a reply. But yes everything you mention is happening for me as well.
