SKUs/Part #s

We have SKU numbers in QuickBooks, but do not use them in ServiceTitan.  I do see a field for a part number in the Pricebook.  If we populated that field with our part number/SKU, is there a way to search for it in ServiceTitan?

Is it essential for the SKU to be hidden to the customer?

We are having the same issue, trying to make them searchable.  The only way we have found to make the part numbers searchable is putting the number in description, but we have to be cautious to make sure it's not on the customer's invoice.  We have also built a report called inventory part # report that we can use to search the part numbers as well.
