Looking for best practices on how to track Hypersensitive individuals that need to be contacted, our state requires 72 hour notice prior to spraying and a record of all communication attemps/successes to each person on the list. any suggestions?

Great idea by @jsoch if you have Marketing Pro! If not, you can check out the settings for Customer Notifications, and set up notifications to go out 72 hours before the appointment.

Thank you both! @jsoch  and @asnow, I will look into both options. Have a great day!

If you have Marketing Pro you could set up a drip campaign with an audience of clients that have a job scheduled >=3 days in advance, the attempts would be shown under the customer profile for emails and it would show if it was opened and/or if anything was clicked (links etc.) You can psuedo customize the drip campaign as well to have it so that the first email indicates that your visit will be in 3 days, second email will state two days and so on if needed. Not sure if that record would be adequate for your state regulations or not.
