I put this idea out there awhile ago and it didn't get much traction. I am really trying to get as much support as possible for some of these ideas so if you think it's a good idea please go vote for it! I would so appreciate it.

What if you go to the closed tab and change the chat to unread? Then it would bring it back into your open tab without you needing to reply to the customer.

We have tried this! It doesn't work. The customer has to re reply for the technician to be able to see it on the job!
