Ticket system to track customer issues

I am enquiring if Service Titan has a ticket system to track customer issues. This way, when customers call in with an issue, the team can create a ticket in the system.

@katOHA I think using Task Management would be a great option for you! You would be able to create a name, description, reported on date, due date (estimate resolution ETA) and once resolved you would have the option to close it. 

Plus you will have that information available to you for future reference.
