Can you tell me where these calls go? If we want to classify them. Right now we have the bubble come up and some are forgetting to click the bubble but we want to give them credit for taking the call so would like to be able to go back and get it assigned to them as call taken. Are we able to find these calls?
@asnodgra If the agent fails to click the call bubble (and you are not on phones pro), then the call is marked as "abandoned". It is best practice to re-classify abandoned calls daily to ensure accurate call booking metrics. To be clear, this is always how it works. It is unrelated to the feature highlighted in the video.
