So, I had this Issue of not seeing technician payroll detail in payroll detail report for our newest employees. I am able to see their payroll detail in the payroll(detail) report. This has now become an issue because we are trying to get out manager...
I was wondering if there is a way to see who accesses what reports? They have an audit trail for almost everything else except who is running what reports and non-job events that I can find.
We have been having a problem with any discounts being taken on an job, where the commission is based off the amount before the discount. I don't know if this is an issue with how things are set up in ST because I just handle the payroll.I have tried...
