Hi all,

I’m getting QuickBooks Error PS032 when trying to run payroll. The error suggests a problem with the payroll setup or service. Has anyone experienced this before? What steps did you take to fix it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

QuickBooks Error PS032 typically occurs when there’s a problem with payroll setup or service. To resolve it:

  1. Check Payroll Subscription: Ensure your payroll subscription is active and up-to-date. If it’s expired, renew it.
  2. Update QuickBooks: Download and install the latest QuickBooks updates from the QuickBooks website.
  3. Verify Payroll Service: Go to the “Employees” menu, select “Get Payroll Updates,” and ensure your service is connected.
  4. Run QuickBooks as Administrator: Right-click the QuickBooks icon and select “Run as Administrator.”
  5. Rebuild Data File: Use the QuickBooks Rebuild Data tool to fix any data issues.

If the issue persists, contact QuickBooks support for further assistance.
