Resolved! When using Sold Hours, how do technicians know what the sold hours are?

Right now I don't see a way to show sold hours on the mobile side, so there's no way for installers or techs to know what the sold hours are. It'd be nice for them to have an expected time guideline. I just want a permission or something. I'm curious...

Is there a report that can be run that shows employees without their payroll approved yet by their manager? We send out communications to managers that need to approve time still and it's a very manual process. Would love to find a report option.

When the techs select meal it doesn't automatically get taken off their time at the end of each week when the master pay file report is ran. How do I correct this? Thank you for you help.

I am looking into payroll options and I am curious to know if I will be able to print checks from ST or will I still need to use a payroll software such as quickbooks?

Would be really nice if there was a way to reply to employee payroll disputes... Right now it's a 1-way discussion when an employee disputes payroll. Can this become a chat option rather than just a 1-way message?
