Timesheet Codes Taking Priority over Job Times

Do non-job timesheet codes take priority over where hours are allocated on payroll reporting over job times?

We have a scheduling placemark on our dashboard to remind our technicians to do some items first thing Monday morning. Unfortunately when they are overlaid at the same time as a job the 1.0 hour of the placemark seems to deduct from job dispatch and working time for payroll purposes (it does not affect actual time allocated to the charge for invoicing or anything).

The weird thing is it doesn't take priority over other non-job timesheet codes, it works around them. So we can't figure out why it only takes priority over job-related timing.

Is this normal? Red edits are what SHOULD have been reported as time towards the job and are what actually show up in the respective job timesheet.

Yes, this is expected. Non Job Timesheet codes "override" any working time. I used it as an old work around to get OT rules.

Thank you @rstare and @AmberC for your quick responses. That is good to know that they take priority and override.
