When the techs select meal it doesn't automatically get taken off their time at the end of each week when the master pay file report is ran. How do I correct this? Thank you for you help.

Do you have the timesheet code set to unpaid?

I feel that the Technician Pay file is a better report to run.  It breaks down their hours in a more structured way.  Try running that report.
