Why am I getting QuickBooks Error 181016 when creating a backup?

Hi everyone, I'm getting QuickBooks Error 181016 when attempting to sync my bank transactions. I’ve tried updating and clearing cache but to no avail. Has anyone resolved this error before? Any advice on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
