Hi Everyone, My name is Kristen and I have just obtained my ServiceTitan Certified Administrator Certificate🎉. Our business started working with ServiceTitan in the summer of 2021, and having used this program, have streamlined most of our Plumbing Service Department workflows exponentially. Our business has two other Departments, including Fire Sprinkler and New Construction Plumbing. Fire Sprinkler has started using ServiceTitan as well about a year ago and have been learning and growing with the program. I would love to connect with any other users that manage multiple departments like we do in order to get an idea on how to get ALL of our users on the same page.
