I am relatively new to service titan.  I spent 20 years working as a plumber and transitioned into an IT manager for a second plumbing company.  I had never heard of service titan until I hired on here a year ago and after diving in I have learned so much about it.

i have considered taking the course. trying to find the time honestly.

It took me a while, it was very hard to find the time.  The nice thing is that you can work at your own pace.
