Welcome!!!  There is a lot of really good videos of keynote speakers and breakout sessions from Pantheon.  Click on Products --> Highlights from the top bar.

Join any groups that you can and be interactive with posts.  Also take advantage of the spark/torch networks and the Certified Admin program.
