Hi! 

I am new to ServiceTitan and I look forward to learning from the hive mind!

My task is to create and start using the inventory feature; does anyone have any tips on their first time using Inventory with already existing inventory not loaded into the system??

Hi and welcome!! Make sure that all inventory items you plan on counting are included in your pricebook, make sure you do a thorough count, use the inventory adjustment template to do your import. The biggest problem folks have with inventory in ST is user error. Make sure you are ordering and using the same parts, you cant order a 45/5 cap and your tech lists a miscellaneous cap on his invoice.
