Prevailing Wages - Differ w/ each employee

Good morning! Any company I've worked with that pays PW's will differ per employee.  Unfortunately, Service Titan wants us to use only one wage for any employee on that job. I've been told to go about it a much longer/different way and was hoping someone else may have dealt with this and what was your solution to the differing wage amounts on a PW job?

We have never actually won a "white sheet" prevailing wage job.

But everyone I've ever bid the only difference in pay is if they were a different trade. Example all electricians made the same, all sheet metal workers made the same.

But maybe that's not entirely what your question is?
