What are some reasons for the HOLD status in the review section of the
AR Hub? Working on utilizing the review status, and process. Who reviews
invoices in your office - is it a Service Manager, CSR/Dispatcher, or
someone in your Business Office?
I created a tag called after hours and tag those calls. You could then
make a report using tags and filter, but going backwards, I don't know
of anything that looks at time of calls.
At the top of the "close & classify" page once I choose it, but before I
choose a call reason, I have the option to go back to Job Booking form.

Hi! Searching any questions I have and if I can't find the answer,
there's a lot of knowledgeable people that will answer questions. The
monthly meetings are helpful to be able to talk to real people and get
information, too.
Thank you, Sheena! We just added a sales business unit and have been
marking our estimate jobs as no charge/non opportunity since we don't
charge for them, but since it is obviously a sales opportunity, that
didn't make sense.
