Is it possible to create a report that shows, for example, last year how many calls dispatcher "X" took afterhours (before 8am, after 5pm and weekends) and if the call was booked, unbooked, excused or lead?

@Asantos1tp -- under the "calls" template you can create a custom report and filter on call time, call date, call type, reviewed by, etc. and this should get you what you need!

I created a tag called after hours and tag those calls. You could then make a report using tags and filter, but going backwards, I don't know of anything that looks at time of calls.
