I saw that merge tag but why would I want to display the internal name of our business unit to anything customer-facing? We need the official name. We would also like to see tags for BU email and BU phone number.

Also, I am noticing that phone numbers come through with no dashes (or any symbols). For example, it will show 9545551234 instead of 954-555-1234.
