Does anyone know if the system will auto generate purchase order numbers
instead of using job numbers. I am looking to be able to give a random
number for the technicians to purchase items needed for a job but I
don't want to use the job number.

particular job afterwards ?I am trying to stop the techs from going to
the supply house and purchasing what ever they want with out asking and
