We tell our technicians that they can remove the photos from the device after they are loaded into ServiceTitan. Unfortunately, the iPads are designed to store the photos even when the pictures are taken within the App. I hope this helps.

I do use conditional logic, what I am referring to is when a particular line item on one form is checked it will then make it so a completely different form becomes "required" so the technicians cannot closeout their job before both forms are complet...
