A tech mistakenly changed sales tax to zero - how can I change that in the office?

The tech changed the sales tax to zero. In the office I am trying to add the sales tax on the "invoice details" screen but it does not allow me to do that even though I am an Admin. Why would that be? I know I can add a line item to the invoice mapped to sales tax to take care of the issue. Any ideas why the sales tax on the invoice details can't be accessed once a tech deletes the sales tax?

Should be able to adjust on the "Update Invoice Details" screen.
