Is there a way to include the appointment date on the invoice? We have found that it is nice to include the date/s that the technician was on site in the invoice for the customer. Especially when the job has more than one appointment on it due to parts shipping or some other delay resulting in a return trip. It's nice to know what was done on what date.
Great idea! We charge time + materials so have to manually type each appt date in the invoice summary and then add a new labor task for each day. This makes it very clear to our customers what we are billing, but it is very manual.
Another option would be a way to email or provide timesheets to customers.
