Can anybody explain to me what the "Allow AR?" checkbox does in the Customer settings? I can't seem to find much info about it. (yep, this seems like a pretty embarrassing question.)

It actually does have a function 😁 If you check the Allow AR box it will not prompt CSRs about a customers outstanding balance when attempting to book a call. If the box is unchecked it will prompt the CSR of the balance to try and collect.

I stand corrected. It does, in fact, still do that.

Honestly, it's an outdated field that needs to be removed or updated with new functionality. It currently does nothing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
