Invoice email according to Payment terms

Hey everyone, 

I am new to Service Titan, and there is so much to learn I thought I would ask here before looking too far. 

Is there a way to have an Email Template for each Payment type, or is it only 1 generic email template for all invoices.

Instead of locking us into Templates, allow us to create our own layout.  I know the accounting teams on here would agree, add the customer ID to the variables list.... When people mail in checks, it could be for other accounts or whatever.  Its hard to match everything by address and name.

To my knowledge there is not! There are separate email templates for business units but not for individual payment types! If you find out otherwise, on your search, please let us know! 

And if it turns out it isn't an option put it in the ideas section and you will have my vote 🙂
