Paid invoices only show the name of the card used (Visa, Mastercard, etc) under payment type but nothing indicates WHICH card on file the customer used. You NEED to include the last four digits of the card or I have no way of knowing which card a customer used for a job.

I have always agreed, but you can put in the last 4 digits in the "Memo" box and it will show up on the invoice. Same with the check numbers. Just makes more steps for us when entering the info. I voted as well.

100% this would be super helpful for the customer and the CSR on the phones. Right now, if needed, our accounting team can access this by logging into the credit card processor but that isn't immediate nor is it possible for a standard employee to access this info. There is an idea here https://ideas.community.servicetitan.com/ideas/COMMUNITY-I-2849 that you should totally vote on!
