Payables

Is there a way in Payables to make only partial payments?  I have not turned on payables in our live account, only tested in Next but I don't see a way to make them partial.  We have vendors that we have 30/60/90 terms or sometimes have special terms.  I also couldn't see a way to set terms to be 30/60/90.  Ideas?

I am not sure about partial payments. But for the terms, I created specific Payment Terms and then on the Vendor side assigned the payment term accordingly
