How can I run a report to see all failed payments?

Hi @Angelle17 Does the failed transaction report work for you?

I created a report, "Failed Payments" 

Template Applied Payments - choose fields - Invoice # / Memo / Transaction Status / Invoice Date / invoice total / Customer ID / Customer Name.    Filter by Invoice Date  / choose date to view / Business units  - CHANGE transaction status to filter for "Failed"  - to only review your Membership payments Filter the invoice number buy the first digit of the membership invoices (ours is a 4, job invoices start with 1)

In the Reports tab, you can search for "Failed Transactions" report to find payments with a 'failed' memo.

@Angelle17, It should be under the "Operations" category and "Applied Payments" template.
