Variances between Service Titan sales tax calculations and QuickBooks Online sales tax calculations

Since the sales tax setup in Service Titan is at the zip code level and in QuickBooks Online, the automatic sales tax calculations are at the street address level, we run into a lot of situations where the taxes do not match between Service Titan and QBO.  Currently, we are trying to balance our A/R between the two systems and it is a nightmare because of this problem.  Per online information, I should be able to turn off the automatic sales tax calculations but the button to do this wasn't displayed.  I contacted QBO Support and was told: "As previous representatives provided, please be aware that the option to turn off the automatic sales tax is available after you get rid of or delete those transactions with sales taxes."  This is absolutely insane because we have thousands of sales tax transactions and it is not feasible to delete them.  The QBO Support person also stated that this has been submitted to their development team and they would send it in again.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can expedite this request with QuickBooks?
