I called into the tech support line and spoke with someone at length this issue. We are set up with service, installation, sales and maintenance BU in our company. A client can schedule an appointment for when ever we have open slots not open technicians that suite the clients needs. We get bookings for services that we do not have the proper people to handle that job. The web scheduler widget that is on our website asks for clients info and a blank box at the bottom asking how we can help.... That is not differentiating and properly using the proper staff to handle appointments.

Hello, servicetitan web scheduler does not differentiate whether or noth the BU for maintenance vs our service department has availability.

Hi Joe! If you do not have a PM tech available at that certain time, the customer should be picking a different time slot. Are you having an issue with customers not finding time slots for days?
