batch & posting

I created a batch & posted with nothing in it how do I delete it?

If it was already exported into Quickbooks you can not pull it back out. You will need to create a new batch and add the items in it 🙂

Posted batches do disappear if empty

If it is just posted, it did not go to QB. You need to choose export for it to go to QB.

If it is in Posted, you can unpost the batch and then add/remove items as needed.

If it is exported, then no, you cannot pull it back, just create a new batch

I posted it already so it went to quickbooks but it was empty and I just wanted to know if I could pull it back and put batched items in it.

You do need to have Bypass permission. If yuo do, you click ont he same dropdown as batching and posting. After you have posted a batch, you will have the option to Export or Bypass.
