It’s time for our December Community Member Spotlight! 🌟

We are giving the spotlight to @MirandaMel this month. Miranda has won the Pathway to Pantheon contest back in April, her company is on the weekly leaderboard for TitanAdvisor scores, and she is a ServiceTitan Certified Admin. Miranda has received 810 kudos in the Community! She has 36 accepted solutions and 750 posts. As a valued Community member, she has gone above and beyond to encourage, advise, and share knowledge with other members of the Community. Go Miranda! Thanks for all that you do in the ST Community. 🎄❤️ 🎁

Miranda also answered a few questions. Here is what she said: 

Tell us a little bit about your background.

I was Born in the Trades and Raised in the Trades! My dad had an HVAC company he started the year I was born and I learned early on how to answer the phones and how to bend sheet metal...even if it was just scraps and seeing how many bends we could put in one piece! I would get paid $2 per phone call I answered when I was 10 years old. I stayed in the trades in my career and achieved my Red/Blue Seal Journeyman Parts Technician Ticket, along with a Certificate in Management Foundations. I started working back at my dad's company (long after he sold it) and that is where I was introduced to ServiceTitan. I jumped in head first to learn the program as no one in the company knew much about it. As fate would have it, due to economy I was let go from that company and found my way over to Acclaimed! It is here that I have been able to dive further into the workings of ServiceTitan and have met so many great people!

What motivated you to join the ServiceTitan Community and what are you hoping to get out of your experience here?

My role is to learn everything ServiceTitan...so I had to know how to find answers to questions and found the Community helped me a ton! I love the interactions and feedback, and now I have the ability to be able to help others!

Any ServiceTitan feature that you’re a big fan of or couldn’t live without?

Honestly I can't pick just one...my background is inventory so I would have to say the Pricebook is pretty important to me. I love the constant improvements that ServiceTitan makes.

Do you have any advice for new Community members? 

Get involved everywhere you can! There are so many people with such varied backgrounds that you never know who might have that perfect answer for you. 

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I love to travel, garden and read.

Do you have a favorite dessert? 

Ice cream of any kind

What is the most recent TV show or movie you watched?

McFarland...what a great story of overcoming obstacles!
