Randi answered a few questions. Here is what she said:
Tell us a little bit about your background.
I started working at a daycare in high school, I thought I wanted to peruse childcare as my career until I had my first kid and realized I never got off work. So 9.5 years of daycare later my best friends mom recommended me for an open receptionist position at Bill Joplin's, where she worked, and they took a chance on me! I have been here for almost 17 years, started as Receptionist, then Service Dispatch, Service Processor, Service & Dispatch Manager, now Service Operations Manager. I love my job because it's something new everyday, whether it be a challenge, crazy customer, crazy request or just learning something new!!
What motivated you to join the ServiceTitan Community and what are you hoping to get out of your experience here?
Any place I can pick the brains of like minded people count me in!! I'm also very willing to lend a hand whenever possible!
Any ServiceTitan feature that you’re a big fan of or couldn’t live without?
Is "all of it" too broad?? 😂 I love custom dashboards, I love bulk membership billing, I love the recorded calls....I could go on and on!
Do you have any advice for new Community members?
Ask alllllll your questions and don't hesitate to answer other even if your not sure if it's the "right" way, if it works for you it might work for them.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
When I had spare time I like fishing, live music and hanging out with my family & extended family. But since my husband and I started a side hustle business I don't have spare time anymore lol
Do you have a favorite dessert?
Homemade rice crispy treats are pretty high on the list!
What is the most recent TV show or movie you watched?
I just finished Suits, I now feel like I'm qualified to represent myself in court if needed 😎
