It’s time for our September Community Member Spotlight! 🌟
This month we chose to recognize @krista-gac. Krista's years as an expert in the trades, IT and on ServiceTitan have come in handy when helping out others in the discussion boards. Krista also attended Pantheon 2023 in Orlando last week! Let’s give her a round of applause. Thank you for being a long time Community member Krista!
Krista also answered a few of our questions so we could get to know her personally. Here is what she said:
Tell us a little bit about your background.
In my professional career I have only ever worked for Gulfshore Air. I started as the Administrative Assistant and am now the Marketing and IT Manager, evolving to handle multiple positions over the last 12 years. While at Gulfshore I have learned more than I ever thought was related to HVAC and the trades. Business management and organizational strategies and of course marketing are my passion and which are fed daily while working here.
What motivated you to join the ServiceTitan Community and what are you hoping to get out of your experience here?
I joined when we onboarded to learn from others and now I am staying so I can help educate others on what I have learned.
Any ServiceTitan feature that you’re a big fan of or couldn’t live without?
I wish we could have afforded this program in 2017! The whole program is AWESOME!

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a mom of 2 (3.5 yr old boy and 1yr old girl) so anything to do with them is what I am up to these days. We live on 65 acres so there is always something going on here too.
Do you have a favorite dessert?
Ooooo I am a dessert fan!! I like almost every dessert there is. Honestly I love cheese cake a ton, I recently found out you can air fry oatmeal cream pies and then put ice cream on them! It's delicious.
What is the most recent TV show or movie you watched?
I gave up TV a few years ago, but Grace and Frankie was my favorite.
