Any ideas on adding information about a job that we dont want the Tech to see?


Occasionally, we want to add information about a job that we would rather our tech not see. Does anyone have any ideas on this, or how to go about this?

Could create a custom field on a job or location called "office notes".  

Those notes would show up on the top of the job page for office team members and is a little more difficult to spot on mobile but it is there.  I am not sure if the techs would be able to see them as easily.  Could also post notes as unpinned.  I have noticed techs are not able to see those notes that are unpinned.

I agree that posting a note as "unpinned" is the best way for it not to be tech-visible.
