We only do work in Nevada (NV). Is there a way to set NV as default setting when booking calls or updating customer address's? I feel this takes up so much time, when it is not necessary and leaves more room for error.
I would like to suggest adding an area to put in a "title" for a person. For instance, if a customer is Pat Smith, is this a male or female Pat? This would also be especially helpful as we have many customer's with foreign names.
I would like to have the ability to book multiple jobs for specific intervals at one time, like we can for appointments. We perform grease pumping at regular intervals for some of our commercial clients and the time between pumps will always be the same.
So when you print out the PO the Po number shows up in a gray box and the font is so small you can hardly read it and it is in gray as well. The most important part of the PO document can barely be read. Is there a way to make it darker and LARGER????
We feel strongly that our techs should be able to write a job summary for each appointment so that they can have a clear picture of their scheduled job that day. We do realize we can also create projects but we want summaries on each appt.
More customers are leaning on text communication instead of phone calls. Can we implement texting for customers like we can text the techs? This would allow everyone in the office to track the conversation and it will be noted on the account.
Is there any way to change the time frame in which Unassigned jobs are displayed at the bottom of the dispatch board? It used to be 100 days - Now it is only 30. Which is not good for long term projects!
Does anyone have a way of reporting who the technician is that receives a call back when we send a different technician to fix the call back? We are trying to assign the cost of the call back with whichever technician created the call back.
Mobile app should allow an option to add a new location to an existing client. We have many commercial clients, such as restoration companies that need us to attend new locations. Technicians book in emergency/after hour calls and are unable to add a new location. The office has to merge clients at this time the following day
