Is it possible to use scheduling assistant when you use overlapping arrival windows? Do we need to change our windows? Currently, ST thinks that techs already have a job scheduled during that time if there's a job scheduled in overlapping window. Our windows are 8:30 - 9:30 / 9-11 / 12 -2 and so on. Thanks for your recommendations!

Hi there! It is tricky to use to both features at the same time. I recommend reaching out to your success manager to see if long term so you can get a workflow set up to the best of its ability, But to answer current your question, you would need to play around with your arrival window times because Schedule Assistant does not automatically update arrival windows for you.
