Auto fill when texting through the chat option

Wouldn't it be nice to have any commonly used words/names be auto filled when sending a message to a customer through the chat option?

It would be great if you could do this in ServiceTitan itself. You could use a third party program like CHIIRP or Podium to accomplish this, but it is sometimes difficult to juggle multiple programs for these types of communications. If you add this to the ideas page I'd love to upvote it!
