Hi, I would like to know if anyone has found a way to track any booked calls that do not have a call associated with it. We do a ton of online marketing and some we do not ever communicate by phone. I took a manual job but it will not show on my dashboard as a booked call. Can anyone help with tracking booked jobs without a call traced to it?
