I have 3 Locations: CSV, SV, BR. Using Install Job Type as an example, we have Business Units aligned to this job type.
Install - CSV
Install - SV
Install - BR
If I choose Job Type: Installation on my job booking, I have the above 3 Business Units I can align to. However, CSR's can easily choose the wrong Business Unit since there is no linkage between Business Unit and Zones (Zip Codes). If the address is associated with a zip code in CSV, I'd like CSV to be the only option when choosing Job Type: Installation. Does anyone have a solution to this problem with multiple locations?

You'll need to look into ACP (Adjustable Capacity Planning), cool feature that you'll need your CSM to activate; be forewarned its additional work to set up.
What your looking for is the zone mapping. https://help.servicetitan.com/how-to/zones. Then make sure you set what ever techs are part of that capacity to those zones.

Hey Bradley 👋! Have you considered tags to easily identify the zip/location of the customers? That would be the most visible to a CSR when booking. Another alternative would be to create a custom checkbox field titled something like "Confirmed BU matches Zip".
