Wouldn't it be nice to be asked when taking a call from a customer that already has a job booked.... Do you want to tag this call to a job? Then even if the customer has multiple jobs with us I can choose which job I want just like i can in the abandoned call section. But asking this while still on the call with customer will save a step by having to go back in after you hang up with customer to get that call to be in the audit trail of the necessary job

I submitted this in the ideas section for voting -- I think this is something that is needed.

Yes, but there is not always a need to make a note. Or, if you do make a note, it will still end up in your agent score card as a call that needs review.

If you make a note on the job while talking to the customer it automatically links the recording to that job.
