We feel strongly that our techs should be able to write a job summary for each appointment so that they can have a clear picture of their scheduled job that day. We do realize we can also create projects but we want summaries on each appt.

More customers are leaning on text communication instead of phone calls. Can we implement texting for customers like we can text the techs? This would allow everyone in the office to track the conversation and it will be noted on the account.

Is there any way to change the time frame in which Unassigned jobs are displayed at the bottom of the dispatch board? It used to be 100 days - Now it is only 30. Which is not good for long term projects!

Does anyone have a way of reporting who the technician is that receives a call back when we send a different technician to fix the call back? We are trying to assign the cost of the call back with whichever technician created the call back.

Okay, I am now the Lead/manager for dispatching. i would like to know what are other company's doing to keep the drive time to the minimum. Right now when i look at our board drive time for the whole day is at least under 45mins.. "use to be longer ?"

I would like to see a way to create an alert when a technician fills out the Wrap Up message to the team. Since we are not always watching the messages on the dispatch board, having the wrap up alert sent via SMS would make it easier to follow work flow.
