I have a customer that has multiple properties, I need to run a report for each location, for each task we did for them in the past year with the revenue for each task. is there a report for this.

Changing an account from previous owner to new owner. Service Titan will not show new customer under their own account. It keeps it linked to old customer. Any ideas on how fix this?

There is a blue dot that appears on the dispatch board on some calls, next to the time clock. It is only on certain calls on the island (a small town), and it's not on all the island calls, just some of them. What does this blue dot mean?

How difficult would it be to add a place for the customer PO number in call booking? CSR will no longer have to go to job edit and add the PO number.

Is there ANY possible way to NOT have calls that end up having a sold estimate NOT automatically change to No Charge/Non-Opportunity when the estimate is sold? Is there a setting we can choose or is that a possibility?? Please help - very frustrating!
