Is there a way to remove the custom arrival window? I have one employee who, no matter how many times they have been asked, still places customers in their own windows.

Would this turn the arrival windows off all together? We don't use them for anything other than confusion.

Under employee permissions you could uncheck "Edit arrival window" and maybe that will fix it?

Thank you. I had checked on that previously, and the box was unchecked. However, the employee can still edit the windows.
EDIT: If you un check the arrival windows box in job booking, they entire box disappears from the job booking screen. This was a great fix for the problem.
