Hello, I am trying to find out how you guys book second calls for sales people. If we book another call straight out, it counts this as another lead. We only count it as one lead even if they have to go back for a second visit. Any ideas? Thanks!

When we add a location it does not carry over the contact information. I understand the "tenant" information, however we have many clients that own occupy many locations, or the tenant may not be who we speak to or have the work approved.

There is an extension for you Chrome browser that will let you control the playback speed of recorded ServiceTitan calls and Academy classes. I found this a week age and it has take some of the pain out of listening to recorded calls. Hope this helps...
