As the title says, when building our customer data base, a lot of customers have stay at home partners or neighbors that can help our technicians gain access. Other than adding notes to an order, how can you add another point of contact in the permanent customer file?

On the customer page, on the top right, there is a pencil you can click to "Edit", and at the bottom, you can add more contact phone numbers and email addresses.

And you can add labels to them for easy sorting, such as the customers name, or Land Line VS Cell Line

Or even better than "Landline" or "Cell", you can change the phone icon to that and not have to label it as such. Then on the customer or location page, it would show as "Mobile Phone" or "Phone". Just my own little quirk. lol
