Created a community idea, COMMUNITY-I-2937 - Give a vote if you can!
When calling out on recurring services in memberships there is a button to log a follow up. Next to that button there is a drop down list of log templates with options like Left message, call back another day.
There should be the capability in Service Titan to have complete control and customizability over this list of options. Having the ability to customize that list to auto populate the notes CSRs normally leave when outbounding will speed up that process for them.

In the meantime, there are many powerful text template apps out there that will fulfill this need for you, such as the one I use in this video:

Voted! I made a mental note to go into settings and update that because we use a custom status "CTE" for Called, Texted and Emailed and I wanted to add that in. I did not realize it wasn't editable!
