Job Type & Business Unit Fields on Job Booking Screen

If we accidentally click in the box but aren't ready to select a job type or business unit, can you make it so we can clear the field? The other fields that are set up to populate based on these choices create confusion and extra work to correct. For example, if a job type has summary notes associated with it, after we add notes, they do not change when we select a different job type. As of right now, the only option we have is to refresh the page, but we don't want to do that and risk losing our call bubble or any notes we've made based on our conversation with the client.
